Change bandwidth to 2.5

How do I change bandwidth.  The Instruction  sign into router config page which can be found by typing 192.168.0.1 into your web browser just returns  page cannot be found

@AnitaL65 You may wish to try adding a http ://192.168.0.1 just remove the space between the p and the :, page turns it into a https: you do not want an s in it! If not working you may need to try another browser!
