Change WEP setting
Your router is using the old WEP security standard, which is both insecure and unstable.
WEP was phased out years ago and:
- Can cause connection drops and latency spikes,
- Is not optimised for Wi-Fi Calling,
- Slows down performance on newer iPhones that expect WPA2 or WPA3.
How do I change it?

Re: Change WEP setting
The Q and Sky Broadband Hubs use WPA2-PSK by default, and the Max Hub uses WPA3-T
Apple devices seem to detect the encryption type incorrectly.
