Certain devices not working using Sky WiFi at home

Hi,

 

I have been dealing with Sky for a long time to resolve this issue and after many calls and troubleshooting there is no success.

 

Certain Apps don't work on the WiFi but when using data they work fine.

 

Work laptop connects fine but devices no! 

I'm now losing patience as I'm paying for a service which I'm not fully receiving.

 

Please could anyone advise or help?

Have you tried adjusting your broadband shield settings. You can do this via the MySky app or online here:
