I have superfast fibre which rjuns at 14mg. Last year found out pole im connected too has full fibre, but because its not in my street i cant get it. Today ive searched my neighbours postcode etc and says that they can, their connected to pole outside my house on my property. So everyone in street can get full fibre to property apart from me. How can tjis be sorted as openreach arent intetested, but cant survive on 14 mb

Could you do the same for your immediate neighbour as well
Depending on the outcome of your neighbours you could complete the form below and under the tell us about the nature of your query in the drop down select i can't get fibre but my neighbours can

I have also filled that form in, but comes back as duplicate as i asked about this last year and it hasnt been closed, really frustrating as the pole is 10 yrds from my house on my property. Im connected to different pole, which also has fttp but again cant get it. @cookiemonsteruk

It could be that coming from a pole the black box cbt might be full
Wondering whats connecting you current query with a previous one . Do you have another email that you can use?

Do you think i should send a new request using different email. Neighbour i know can get fftp but has no need so cab shouldnt be near capacity. Find openreach generally unhelpful

Fttp bypasses the cabinet so at street level its the connectorised block terminal port availability that decides how many houses can be supplied
Yes, try another email

Thanks for your help, ive resent it, was told the pole i was on was too far away last time, but it will also have effect on house price if im the only one who cant get it, think ill end up getting mp involved 😁 @cookiemonsteruk
