Cant download or update games on xbox game pass or microsoft apps

I currently have the full fibre 2.5Gigafast+ package and the Sky Gigafast+ Hub with sky broadband, with Sky Wifi Max. Before this i used my own router and everything was fine... I had the TUF Gaming BE6500.

 

Now that ive switched and got skys own router, for some reason or another wether its a firewall issue of some sort with the sky broadband router i do not know, i can't seem to download or update any of my games and apps on microsoft. Anybody able to help please? Im pretty tech savy and so confused why this is. I can download and update on steam with no issues. I have Broadband shield turned off. 

Help please....

@LiamWard1991 most likely issue is the setting of Sky's `broadband Shield whuch your own router probably bypassed as it had different DNS settings..
