WiFi isn't powerful enough to stream

@marzy860 Therefore you need to improvecthe WiFi in your home. It is not unusual that the single free hub an ISP like Sky provides is insufficent to allow video streaming which not only requires sufficent bandwidth but just as important a signal free from interference.

 

Each property is differeent due to its layout, type of construction and level of interference so one solution does not fit all. Ideally connect streaming devices by ethernet rather than WiFi as that avouds interference. Sky can sell you add-ons to improve coverage the best is their WiFi Max bundle or you can buy and use your own equipment.
