Cannot see my broadband order switched email accounts

Hi I have ordered sky broadband but cannot see the order on my account 

 

I had another account and switched the email addresses. 
I have set up a direct debit do this but cannot access the email it was under so switched it it was under one email now u synced it to another account 

please help as I can see bt have been contacted to turn off my WiFi by your department. 

I need help locating my order and moving it under this account where my phone contract is and so I can see emails.

@Kirsty212 yiu are not talking to Sky by posting on the forum you will need to call them if you need their help. It is the Sky id rather than the email address itself that controls access to your account. If you can't recall what you set up give them a call they will take you through some security questions and can sort the account for you.
