I have just signed up for Sky Broadband Boost, received my new router and have tried to install Sky Broadband Buddy to control my kids' access to the Internet. However, I get a message stating I have the wrong broadband package when attempting to set up as a "Parent"? My SkyID states "Medium" when I log in - is this what is stopping me? Any help would be appreciated.

This is a bit confusing as I only signed up this week to Broadband Boost expressly to control access to the Internet through Broadband Buddy. I was told by the Sky representative that I had to sign up to Broadband Boost in order to use Buddy?
I have been mis-sold Boost then as I have no need for the other features and told Sky this?

I would call Sky and complain there are other services in the Boost bundle you may still consider worth the payment but otherwise Sky should refund you the cost.
