Cannot email Provisioning Team

Has anyone been able to contact "Provisioning" via email?  I have been told they are "call only".

As far as I know Sky do not offer email ordering

Sorry, didn't explain enough.. wasn't ordering services -  I was trying to copy them into my complaint email

When making a complaint using one of the channels in the above link there is no requirements to copy any other address into the email.
