Last week activation for Full Fibre.
no internet today.
ONT box- power light greet
LOS - RED
PON - nothing
LAN - Green

@LeahHowes LOS red, bad you have lost the Fibre connection from home to the exchange, you could run the service checker in case sky are aware of the outage at present.
