New Broadband, Missing a Black Cable

I am a new Sky  Broadband  customer, box is missing a black cable, I have a twin port open reach box, only received cable.

no lights on box for internet and therefore no phone either.

note activation is today.

@Mel1605 What broadband service did you order from sky? If you are getting a FF service and waiting on an install you may have the correct one, model of the unit sent is on the cardboard packaging.

Thanks for your reply, sorry new to Sky, not sure what FF Service is, doesn't sound familiar. I have requested broadband and calls service. Watching on the online help it says if I have a black label on the back of the modem I need a black and a grey cable. Only received grey cable, that is plugged  in and it says somethings wrong. Impossible to speak to anyone to simply ask if they can send a black cable, not going well!

@Mel1605 Going to copy the setup link, use the landline version as it supplies the more details. FF is Full Fibre to the home as described by sky FTTP service, FTTC partial fibre is delivered to an openreach master telephone socket via copper wire, if you are in a Fibre area, then it is forced to have a FF install, there is NO choice in the matter. See the link first pay attention to the Master socket and the ONT for Fibre...

Thank you, on reading the article it says I have an activation date of today, no mention of an engineer visit plus I should receive a txt when activated  so will wait for the txt and take it from there and get in touch with them if no luck, thanks again for your help

Sky did a check too and appears I need an engineer, coming Friday so hopefully sorted for then
