Cannot connect to internet although WiFi showing as connected

WiFi is showing as connected on devices but not connecting to internet. Have tried rebooting with no luck.

@Najrana   First thing to check is this link to see if there are any outages in your area:

If there isn't try running the line test here:

https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

After this has finished and if it reports back all is good click on broadband to run an updated test. If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.

Many thanks for your reply. I did all the above, and kept getting a screen saying there are issues and then when I went to troubleshoot it showed all was working fine. But still no internet. Rebooted a couple more times and repeated the process. Eventually internet came back, but have no clue what changed..
