@JustAndy Always the same when the Engineer fits the new ONT, sky supplies a very short cable, the Engineer does what he needs to and out the door he goes, you get left with the oops, for a short distance Powerline may also work out, but you are still looking at £40-50 depending on which is easier to do and sort out! Good luck with sky when you do call them, check first the cost and you may get some kind or refund.👍
