Cannot access Broadband Shield Website
Unable to accesss Sky Broadband Sheild as I wish to turn off safe search. I spoke to a sky customer service officer yesterday who could not help. Any ideas on how to get access to the website, it keeps coming up with that shown below. Or is it possible for a sky engineer to turn off safe search. I am assuming they can get access to the broadband.

@calel12 only the account holder can change the Broadband Shield settings so check you are logging in using the correct id. Customer Services can check the permissions for your account. Occasionally the Broadband Shield tool is off line but it is working for me this morning.
