Cancelling the engineer
An engineer has been booked for 15th of February from 1pm to 6pm for fixing my new sky broadband but I am working till 5pm. Is it possible to schedule the engineer to come after 5pm?

Re: Cancelling the engineer
See this link
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/reschedule-your-sky-tv-engineer-appointment
an appointment after 5pm is doubtful as it may not allow enough time for the work to be carried out.

To cancel the engineer
I've been trying to cancel my engineers appointment. The only two options was the sky community and a contact number which only works for sky talk customers. How can I cancel my appointment it's for 15th of feb

Re: To cancel the engineer
Does the appointment show here for you @KalyaniR because if it does you might be able to cancel it:
https://www.sky.com/ordertracking
If not you will need to call Sky.
150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
If you need help please provide as much information as you can

Re: Cancelling the engineer
Do you mean reschedule the engineer rather than cancelling
you can't cancel the engineer visit only rebook it, you would cancel the order
that could be why you can't find the correct option for what you are wanting to do
