the engenieer did not come my broadband
The engineer did not come to do the installtion on the scheculed date in the message sent. I would like urgent ingormation. I made the purchase on january 18th.

You’re not talking to Sky Customer Services. This is a customer based forum where customers try to help other customers.
If the appointment was missed call Sky and ask for the latest information on your order. They will hopefully have received an update from Openreach who do the work.
If you already have a Sky Mobile call free by dialling 150, otherwise you can use:

UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0333 number.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ and it provides a 0818 number.

You will find that similar to calling other large companies the start will be automated which may also try to send you back to the forum. Stay on the line as long as possible and don’t hang up.
