Cancelling broadband

I placed an order for broadband but have had to cancel it. The advisor cancelled the broadband installation but the router is down as being dispatched to royal mail for delivery to the place we were meant to be moving to. Do I have to get hold of the router and return it in order for the order to be completely cancelled?

@Km1986

The hub being dispatched plays no part in the broadband being cancelled but you will still need to return the hub as it is property of Sky.

You might be send some more packaging to return but if you haven't received it then you can use whatever boxes you have or can get as this link will help you to print the return label and return it via Royal Mail:

Add a note inside with your account number and a list of equipment you have included.
Make sure you get and keep proof of posting when sending this off.
