Cancellation

Due to have full fibre installed on the 29th June. Contract expires today. Got a call from current provider BT and offered me a deal.  Spoke to sky CS and ask for order to be cancelled and asked for confirmation email which have not received. How do I make sure order is really cancelled? Thanks

No I cannot access account as cannot link account with sky id. BT retention tem transferred me directly to sky and I spoke to somebody and asked for a cancellation confirmation email which I did not receive, he was also going to process the £5 I paid when I process the order. Installation is not due until 29th June.
