Cancellation charged
Hi, I am currently with Vodafone and I am looking to join sky for my mobile, broadband and TV, but have recently taken out new broadband with Vodafone and I am outside of the cooling off period. Would you pay my cancellation charges to join?

@MarkF21
If you’re not already aware this is a customer helps customer forum and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Sky would only pay up to £100 for broadband. Please read below about Sky switch credit

No ISP would cover more than a small fraction of the likely early cancellation fee due on a two year minimum term because their own profit margin simply doesn't permit that.
