Unable to make changes to sky broadband sheild settings

Very frustrating! Keep getting this message no matter if i try to make a change from web browser on desktop PC or through sky app. Anybody know how to fix this?

Thanks @Chrisee @Highlinder @Mr+Flibbles+86 the issue is now resolved. Sky team member was able to link my 'new' sky broadband account to my 'existing' sky mobile account and this enabled me to make changes on broadband shield settings.

@wasimre  Have you just joined Sky? Has this worked before and which browser are you using on your desktop to try and access the broadband shield settings?

Yes, joined sky 3 days ago. Tried on chrome browser on desktop as well as via sky app. Same error via either.

@wasimre seems a common issue currently but I can see that your post has been escalated to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye onnthe forum as if you miss the message just click the chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.
