Can you explain to me why my connection is constantly awful?

I would like information about why my wifi is horrendous at all hours of the day and can't reach a limit of Atleast 3m to a bedroom this is ridiculous I pay enough to have it and it doesn't even work properly I would like a test and to show me the correct evidence because this is simply not good enough whatsoever

Can you please run the service checker , this can be done either via the Sky app on mobile data or use the link below.
https://www.sky.com/help/diagnostics/sky-broadband-diagnostic/sky-broadband-diagnostic

If it finds an external fault it should enable you to book an engineer.

 

Can you click on broadband it should tell your speed just now to the router and show your speed further down the history of your connection speed.
