Can't watch some training videos on a certain site
I've just got Sky Fibre Broadband and it won't let me access adilo.bigcommand.com to watch some training videos. I can watch them on my data on my phone no problem but not on the home WiFi. I've reset the WiFi and the training company said that the issue is with Sky and they need to unblock adilo.bigcommand.com How can I do this?

@SarahAshurst You need to login on my account, goto the broadband and talk tab, scroll down to broadband sheild and click on it then change the default setting to something else other than the default of PG13.
