Can't use landline

Had fibre installed recently and can't get dialling tone and phone doesn't ring for incoming calls.

How recently? It's normal for the Sky Talk landline to not operate fully for 24+ hours after the broadband activation. Presumably you've got it plugged into the back of the hub and NOT a wall socket?

Have  you  plugged the  phone into the back of the hub as that is how it works on full fibre,  my phone worked  straight away  when I changed over
