Can't upgrade to Sky Max

I've not been getting the fastest speeds with Sky's superfast broadband and I checked for an upgrade and they say I'm eligible for Sky Max. However, whenever I try to add Sky Max to my package, I get taken to a page saying "Unfortunately, we can't complete your order online". Is this because I am not actually eligible for it or because there's an issue with the site and I need to phone?

@KRiley95 if you have either more than one Q mini box or an old Sky booster showing on your account Sky currently are not allowing the order to go through although we understand that msybe changing soon. Otherwise give Sky a call.
