Can’t track order

I set up a broadband package last Friday, where it said my package would be delivered a few days before activation date which is Monday 16th.

i received one confirmation email, but no contract t&cs.

i now can't track my order and it hasn't arrived, im not even sure if it is coming?

what do i do?

When you try to track it, what is happening ?
