Hi. Have had a couple of texts saying my broadband order is delayed, now told there is a message and update but when I log in it says it's you not me and to try again - been 48 hours and still getting same error message. Any ideas??

No, have never been a customer before. The message suggests it's sky's issue and I'm logged in but can't give me the update.
