Can't search for router from any type of device
I cannot find the router to connect any device

Are all the lights showing as being lit on the hub, if so what happens after you reboot it at the mains ?

The light is showing but it's still the same whenni reboot.

@CB95 reset the Sky hub. On the black hubs therevis a reset pin you nedd to push in with a pin until the power light flashes which takes up to 20 seconds. On the white hub press and hold in the wps button for up to 30 seconds until the led starts flashing green.
This will reset the unit to its factory settings and it should broadcast its SSID if it doesn't then call Sky as it is faulty but when testing makecsurectge device is in thecsame room.
