- Have tried organising a home move transfer since 24th June. 4 weeks before move. Have been informed nothing can be done as my new installation at my present house, has not been activated. It was! On 27th May! 7 phone calls to home move, technical and finally cancellation teams and no one can remove this glitch. I've been sent around the world, from dept to dept and no one can sort this. CRF has rejected the requests. You can't speak to anyone in a superior position. Over 35 years with sky!!! This is totally unacceptable and insane.

@Qprjilly system glitches like yours do cause huge issues as the system will not allow a home move to be booked. It sounds like you have been speaking to the right people but the back office team cannot resolve the problem.
All I can recommend is to talk to the forum escalation team who can on occasions sort issues but no promises. This link explains how escalation works Escalating a post to a Sky expert | Sky Community

Meant to say full fibre installation. I have every service through sky too!

@Qprjilly You may find that the Full Fibre upgrade that you had done on the 27th May where you are currently is the one, did that involve you re-contracting for the 24 month period to sky, chrisee has supplied you some info but does look like sky's system has an issue with something as an auto block for your now applied home move.
