Can’t login in Sky broadband hub (black) settings

Hello,

I have tried resetting the hub but admin and sky won't work as a login when I go in the hub settings.

internet works but very limited and I can't change settings to make it work.

Also tried unplugging and resetting a couple of times...
What else can I do?

@rz_sor  If you have the black upright hub from Sky and it normally has 3 or maybe 4 lights on the front then you need to use the Wi-Fi password as the password to get into the router along with the username of admin.

Tried the internet connection name and the password but not admin and the password. Thank you!

Usually the log in for routers is admin as username and whatever password you have on the router as the password.
