Can’t link my sky account because postcode is not recognised

Got sent out my sky just little over a month ago, now my Wi-Fi services have been cut off but I have had absolutely no email from sky. I also can't link my sky ID because apparently the postcode isn't the right one even tho it's the same one they delivered the boardband too. I also tried calling them but the automated robot can't understand me because the speaker on my phone is rubbish. I just want to my normal monthly bill as I haven't been able to pay(out of no fault of my own)

@Niklesz20 You will get cut off when you do not pay the bill, the fact that you account is not linked you need to sort out with sky, there is nothing else for it, and expect to have to pay extra at the same time when you contact them. Direct Debit is the way to pay the bill, then you will have no issues unless you do not have the funds.
