Can’t get my booster boxes to connect
Hi I have reset them following your on line help instructions following a power outage to the house but can't get them to reconnect to the hub. The middle light remains red

@Nigel25 it is possible the units have been damaged by the power outage power surges can damage network kit.. Try to reset them by oressing and holding in the reset pin onnthe back until the power led blinks. If they wont connect when close to the hub after that call Sky as they will replace them if they supplied you with them in the first place
