Can't download apps from the play stire or watch Youtube on Wi Fi. Leicester Area

On my S25, for about a week now I've been unable to download apps on the play store and when I watch YouTube it buffers constantly. If I turn off my wi fi on my phone it works instantly. Everything else connected to the wi fi works fine. I saw another thread from a few months ago saying people had this problem in Yorkshire and it was fixed. How? What was the problem? Any help would be appreciated as im losing my mind.

@Luchris1 there is a long yhread discussing this just above yoir post essentially call Sky report the fault and Sky should fix the issue which is fue to an issue at their server centre managing your connection.
