Can't connect

New customer struggling to connect to the internet. Can't find out how to speak to anyone and going around in a loop. Ran test and it comes back stating that everything is fine and hub connected. I have no internet and when I try to sign in it keeps giving me the set up instructions. Is it really so difficult to speak to somebody

What are you trying to sign into, the hub itself ?

No the internet. I did manage to find a number and speak to somebody. They couldn't resolve the issue but an engineer is coming tomorrow morning. Can't complain at that. Thank you for taking the time to reply
