@AndyRek while the recommendedcway to network Q boxes is using wps with the white hubs use thecsystem for non Sky routerscwhich is simply to find the SSIDand type in the WiFi password which can be more reliable. However that might still notvwork and you will need Sky's assisstance.
The reason for the change is the white Sky hubs do not support the now elderly Sky Q mesh networking. So if for example the main Sky Q box is too far from the hub it now wont connect unlike before when it could connect via a Q mini. Sky should sort this for you so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted.
