Can’t change sky WiFi password

I type 192.168.0.1 in browser and i see sky website i press WiFi then as I try to sign in i type Admin then my sky WiFi password on my hub box i press enter then the website crashes and not loads it deletes the text i wrote in the sign in box so nothing loaded to the next page. I have tried few times I also used different devices and called sky support no changes

Are you using an Apple device? If so try with a non-apple device, ideally connected via ethernet

That is further than I get, the page just crashes.

@Dan+Lovelock the account name is always admin not Admin the password on the older hubs is sky (note lower case s) the wifi passcode is used on the upright SR203.
