Can’t change any WiFi settings

So I've got into my router settings on the ip address link, however when I come to change my password or age restriction, I click apply and it says "safari can not open the page because the network connection has been lost"

@JamieblakeleyYou are better to try it on another browser as those settings don't like Safari.
