Can't access hub features

I've just upgrade to the WiFi Max Hub and I have to say not impressed so far. The booster doesn't connect and in the app I just get a message saying there was a problem loading some hub features, so I can't access things like prioritising devices or switching off WiFi on certain devices. Any ideas? I've tried the usual turning router off/on, resetting router and deleting/reinstalling the app. The white light on the booster just flashes the whole time. If I try to set up manually in the app I just get an error message

@dazza-m79 it sounds like the hub has not been properly set up.in the app which is an esential first step  see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/set-up-hub-max-hub-do-you-have-internet-calls in some cases you will need to talk to Sky as they msy need to check the settings at their end .

I've tried going back through the set up process and get to the parental controls section and it just comes up with an error screen

@dazza-m79 looks like you need Sky to fix it from their end.
