Can sky activate more than one hub on one account?
I had FTTP installed 4 months ago and have already had a SR203 hub fail. I work from home and have sky stream, so loss of internet has real implications. To this end I want a second 'backhub' hub. Generally speaking the 'no frills' sky hubs meet my basic needs (as long as it works!),
To skys credit I received the replacement hub within a couple of days.
I was loaned a SR213. The internet worked as soon as it was plugged into the ONT but the phone line didn't. I'm unsure if the phone line would work if I acquired another SR203.
Would sky loan or sell a second hub? Again I'm only looking for a backup 'plug and play' router, not a replacement.
can two routers be registered to one account?

@RCALB Sky will only supply one hub per account/service address.
There is however nothing stopping you from using a 3rd party router (search the forum for a compatible one).

Re: Can sky activate more than one hub on one account?
@RCALB hub failures are pretty rare and Sky don't supply "spare" hubs. The fact you choose to use your domestic connection for business use is your decision but gives you no priority. As mentioned you can buy your own router but the Sky voice line only works through the Sky hub.
Failure of the voice line is a quite common issue normally caused by an issue at Sky's end rather than an issue with the hub. The recommended way to resolve this is to power down the hub for at least an hour which should restore the voice service.
