Can not get on apps

Can not get on apps as telling me no internet connection I have gone through re setting procedure and still the same have also switched off devices etc still no change

@Neilbms are there certain apps that wont connect but otherrwise tge internet works correctly? If so check thecsetting of Broadband Shield in the My Sky.app as thst will block certain apps when set to a low age limit.
