Can never watch Netflix
For two weeks now my Netflix is always freezing or loading at 24% I pay for the one without adverts and it's getting so annoying I literally can't watch anything, I've tried all the help instructions and getting nowhere

@Seojoon if other streaming apps are working its an issue with the app if its a Sky Stream/Glass unit try the Refresh Pps function in the Reset section of the settings. If its a non Sky device contact Netflix support.https://help.netflix.com/en
