Can’t order broadband online “technical difficulties”
I want to order sky broadband. Every time I get to the enter card payment details page the website comes back with "sorry we are having technical difficulties" I have tried countless times yesterday and still the same today. When I spoke to someone on the phone yesterday the price they quoted was double what they were quoting online. Any ideas please?

Re: Can’t order broadband online “technical difficulties”
@Scuba4434 the online and phone price should be the same if comparing like with like. The normal reason why the online process wont complete is due to either a data mismatch or Sky need to get your informed agreement to some changes before an order can be placed

Re: Can’t order broadband online “technical difficulties”
I'm not too sure about a miss match. The guy on the phone didn't know what the issue was online either!? I even created a new account and got the same issue.
As for the difference in price, I got the same price information from 2 different conversations.
As I am apparently a sky vip member online quote was £21 per month, the same package on the phone £46! New customers online get it for £26!
Something strange here..
