Cable snipped

I have had electricians around and they've clipped a cable and now I've lost my connection to the router can you please help in reconnection asap?

@Leesmart2 You need to ring Sky to sort this out. We are customers like you on here. Dial 150 from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone.

@Leesmart2 Why did you not have the Electrician's take care off it when they where there or whatever they have done, you do not want a bill off a couple hundred £'s for sky to organise an OR Engineer to come fix!

For a fault logged with an ISP on a Monday the target time for resolution would be by the end of the working day on Wednesday.
