Cable is not fit on the power socket

my Wi-Fi is already activated, but I can't connect the Wi-Fi just because of my cable is not fitted the cable colour is purple one

@Anisha5 hopefully you are. Not trying to connect that cable to a power socket which of course requires a mains lead and probably a power supply. If you are missing a power supply for the ONT which quite frequently goes missing call Sky so they can arrange for a new one to be provided.
