Cable being placed on my window.

Your engineer placed a cable and fixed onto my window itself...I was not at home when this was done

Engineer coming Friday 21 November regarding fibre...please removed the cable off my window. The engineer placed a cable on my neighbours wall but placed cable on my window. Believing I am a fool to not notice

 Remove the CABLE NOW. Also the cable is lifing part of the covering on the roof...causing damage.

@DA89  You're not contacting Sky cuystomer services, demand to remove the cable now simply won't get you anywhere.

 

Did you not tell the installer at the time they where there?  Did you not notice them doing it at the time?

 

You would need to call Sky to discuss this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.

@DA89 if this was preparatory work for a fibre install done while nobody was at home the engineer coming ti do the internal work should be able to sort your issue. Otherwise call Sky who will liaise with Openreach or City Fibre if the installation is not to standard. Take a photograph before calling as the agent can arrange for you to send that as a picture helps show what is wrong ,

Morning....

I work 5 days a week...I  was not at home when this was installed. So whom ever installed this did as they pleased...also the white box for neighbour is installed on my property.... the engineer are praised because someone is home when they arrive to installed outside....

Sky/open reach makes it difficult to reach them directly to complain....so sky/open reach owes my property and do as they please...
