I'm supposed to be having broadband engineer coming Friday for an install, but as of yet no one's been to fit the CSP. When I booked everything a couple weeks ago I was told OpenReach would send a guy to fit the CSP outside before the Sky engineer comes on installation day.
I did have a text today from OpenReach on behalf of Sky, saying the installation would be on friday (exact timeframe as the in-home engineer is expected), but the wording seemed to indicate it was the overall broadband installation rather than solely a CSP box.
Do OpenReach install the broadband into the home as well? Or are they telling me my CSP will be fitted a the same time as the Sky engineer is coming?
