CCTV kills broadband

Hoping somebody can help me troubleshoot, seems like it should be a fairly simple issue for someone who knows what they're doing but sky can't help.

I upgraded to full fibre 300mbps last week, now when I plug in my CCTV Ethernet it crashes the wifi from 300mbps to <2mbps.

It worked fine the day before on the old network.

When the cable is plugged in ethernet port has one green and one amber (possibly red hard to tell)  LED lit up, the others are all green.

Sky can't tell me what the amber/red led indicates, does anyone know? Or have any clue how I fix this?

Thanks

@Beavis1 if you are talking about the indicators by the ethernet ports the green/amber simply indicates the speed of the port.and are nothing abnormal. I would power down the CCTv system before connecting the network lead then reboot it once the connection is made. Hopefully then the connection should work normally.
