Buffering

Hello, I recently moved over to sky and was having problems with my network with buffering, so I upgraded my router for an extra £4 a month and my streaming still buffers and my Samsung tv upstairs does not load! 

how do I cancel my contract?

@Sam4101 As long as you are still in the cooling off period then just call sky to do so! Link below will help.
