Buffering
My WiFi has not been good since signing up with Sky.Now Broadband gave me 2 lines to run off due to bad signal. Sky told me to switch off at the wall so it can run off a less busy line. I switch off my router about 6 times an evening due to it not working.
This isn't good enough and Now broadband was better, not perfect just better. Please assist me as it's highly frustrating.
Regards
Sara

Re: Buffering
@SaraJill What is it you see if anything when the hub is NOT working?
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

Re: Buffering
Is just not letting me watch anything on TV via Internet or on my phone. This is the worst is been, I've turned the hub off 4 times in an hour and it's worse now than when I stayed that process
