Sorted got an engineer to come around as I spot there's loose wire on the cable connect to router! It must be that hopefully!!

@Daniel96 No problems, let the Forum know how it all goes, a bad Ethernet wired cable can cause that effect as you do require a good connection especially in UHD mode!
