Buffering / pixelated

More and ore frequently my live sky channels are flickering/ pixelating and not able to watch much. Also my broadband buffers especially in the evenings.

On which Sky television platform?  Live television on Sky+ HD and Sky Q arrives over the dish, not the internet connection.

Yes your issue would most likely be your communal TV system and not your broadband so you would need to call Sky and explain this. Its likely if an engineer (a Sky MDU engineer) visit is required you would need to get permission from your housing management who look after these systems.
